Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

Q. Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the items are in shipping or has been shipped.

Q. How long for the delivery?

We try our very best to ship all orders within one business day and the same business day if order placed before 12:00pm. We use a 48 hour delivery service, however, please allow three to five business days from dispatch before contacting us. In the very unlikely event that your order has not arrived after five business days and we have not contacted you to say otherwise please contact us.

Q. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our carrier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

Q. Do you provide tracking number for the shipping of my products?

Yes, since we use only trusted express delivery service for all our orders, we will provide you with the service’s tracking number for your delivery. At any Time, you can conveniently check and trace the status of your product as it gets delivered.

Q. Is combined shipping allowed?

Yes, you can combine as many products as you want into your order. In fact, we do encourage combined shipping since you get to save more with one shipping instead of multiples.

Q. Will I receive faulty products after delivery?

With our quality assurance, you can be assured that all our products are properly handled. We have an excellent goods handing practice at our site. In addition, all items that are sold will be thoroughly checked, tested and commissioned before delivering over to you.

Q. Does your product come with a warranty?

Yes, certain products that we sell comes with a warranty. If a warranty is available, it will be stated. You can find the warranty period of a product (if available) on each individual product pages.

Q. How do I claim a product warranty should the product that I bought becomes spoiled?

If the product that you have bought has a warranty but the product has turned faulty within the stated warranty period, simply return the product to us and we will get it restored at no additional costs on your side. However, we strongly recommend that you give us a call to make an arrangement before sending the item back to our store so that we are aware of the returning product. The shipping cost for the product return shall be borne by the buyer. Alternatively, we will send back the claimed product back to you at our cost. We do recommend that you choose a courier service which provides tracking services so that the item can be received safely by us.
